portupgrade (portsdb) failure on fresh 4.10-STABLE

I get this error when running 'portsdb -uU':

My ports-supfile is default, "ports-all" is selected.
Both "bsd.kde.mk" and "bsd.port.mk" are unchanged from default.

Any ideas?
