INDEX builds offline

As you have noticed, the error reporting is up and running and I have
also put the built INDEX files on my private webserver. Until kris
returns and gets it running again from the cluster, you can get the
files from http://www.droso.org/INDEX(-5) which gets updated every two
hours.
