[(almost)new port, www/kazehakase] -- gecko browser -- Needs testing and I can not fully build on 4.9-STABLE

Hi Michael, this is what I get when I try to build the port on 4.9:

kz-tab-label.c: In function `cb_net_state_all':

As for the maintainer, that should be whoever is maintaining the port on
FreeBSD, be it you or someone else who steps up to maintain it.  The
mozilla port just happens to be maintained by the Gnome team.
