I saw the very cool announcement about gnome2.4 going in before
the release of 4.9
I am trying to build gnome2 now, but am running in to an error:
Making all in gimp-plugin
gmake: Entering directory

-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/local/include/freetype2 -I/usr/local/include
-I.. -I/usr/local/include -O -pipe -c svg.c

svg.c:106: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
svg.c:106: for each function it appears in.)

svg.c: In function `run':

svg.c:315: `run_mode' undeclared (first use in this function)

gmake: *** [svg.o] Error 1
I have never had gnome installed before but I'd like to give the new release
a try. I am also a portupgrade newbie. I got the error using portupgrade
portupgrade -N gnome2
I have gimp-devel installed, and thought maybe that might be a cause
of conflict. I am not sure how to proceed.
Thank you for your time.
