FreeBSD Port: jakarta-tomcat-4.1.27

Hi,
I am new to the freebsd/unix world.. I want to install
tomcat on a existing FreeBSD server.. Could you please
let me know how to install the Tomcat freebsd port
onto the server. I downloaded the ports tar file and I
don't know what to do after that..
