HEADS UP: Ports tree is frozen!

As of now, the ports tree is frozen. Only commits that fix package
building problems on bento for -STABLE can be committed without prior
portmgr approval. All other commits must go through portmgr at freebsd.org
first. If you do not receive a response from portmgr, consider your
commit UNAPPROVED.

All unauthorized committers will be sacrificed to the "*BSD is dying"
people on SlashDot.
