reminder: a quick update to gmsh

Hi;

I thought the freeze was today, since it's tomorrow maybe someone wants to
apply this trivial update:

ports/56068: Update port cad/gmsh to 1.46.0 

fwiw, there's also a fix to geomview waiting there for a while but you'll have
to arrange something with the maintainer, so it's a post freeze candidate.

Thanks to all committers (and porters of course)! This FreeBSD version will be
really good! (not that the others have been bad ;) ).
