Well, `OpenSSL_add_all_algorithms_noconf' is not defined in any
version of OpenSSL.  However, `OPENSSL_add_all_algorithms_noconf' is
defined in 0.9.7 and later.  Could you cut-n-paste the *exact* message
you are getting?
