fixing an error

Hey guys..when I hit apachectl start I get
 
Ranis# apachectl start
[Sat Nov 20 01:09:05 2004] [alert] httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
/usr/local/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
 Trying to figure out what is wrong..
its got a temporary dhcp ip address..dns and has the name of ranis.
