licq-1.2.7

	I've build licq-base-socks-1.2.7, licq-console and licq-qt-gui. I
have troubles with receiving russian messages, written, at least, in
Mirabilis ICQ 2003 client. Miranda and licq messages on russian looks
good. I suspect that ICQ 2003 doesn't fill some fields, that results wrong
decoding of message.
