ports containing perl modules go into /lib instead of
/usr/local/lib

Thanks. At least I now know I didn't foul up a whole rack of servers
somehow. Time to start digging into it... the curious part is that it
only fails from within the port build; manually running the same
commands get the expected results... bah.
