I18N ports for koffice available again

After a long leave of absence (since the departure of KDE2), the I18N ports 
for the KOffice suite have returned. They can be found in the language 
categories under "koffice-i18n" and in the misc category for all languages 
which are supported by the KOffice I18N-effort, but which do not have 
corresponding language categories in the FreeBSD ports tree.
