It looks like jhb added the default -mcpu=pentiumpro to CFLAGS in
r1.13 of bsd.cpu.mk, and it doesn't check for NO_CPU_CFLAGS as it
should.  John, can you please investigate this?  It is breaking a
number of cross-compilers in the ports collection.
