galeon / ephipany won't configure

Most likely you have both mozilla-gtk2 and mozilla-devel-gtk2 installed,
and mozilla-devel-gtk2 was installed second.  If so, remove
mozilla-gtk2, then reinstall it.  You should be set moving forward.
