nasm and/or pkg utils weirdness

No the problem is that the update removed PORTEPOCH. I would expect
this to be fixed soon but I think murray have been busy with the 4.8
release.
In the meantime you can just add
PORTEPOCH= 1
to the makefile and it should be ok again.
