[ port upgrade ] - proposal for - Mixer.app 1.8.0

Hi,

as I didn't see Mixer.app 1.8.0 (and it's Video feature is nice ;), may
I propose the upgrade from 1.7.0 to 1.8.0 ?

Here's the port produced for 1.8.0 :

it's mostly the same than for 1.7.0.
only the patches were redone (because of filesize change).
