and doesn't renice

hello list

i installt the and-1.0.8 port on my 5.1-RELEASE server only to find out it
doesn't take any action (doesn't renice)

the problem can be reproduced as follows:

install and-1.0.8

and.conf:

defaultnice 0
lv1time 60
lv2time 300
lv3time 600
affinity cug


and.priorities

*          *   *   4   8   12
zheyu   zheyu   primes 2    5   10

than start a job "primes"  owned by user "zheyu" member of group "zheyu"

and *NOTHING* happens!

the logs show always the right "match" for the prioritie db but "level=-1"

if lv1time is set to "0" 

the first level is enforced but than it stops

anyone else noticed that problem

does anyone have a solution?

i don't want to give all "mortals" an initial nicelevel of "18"  :-)
