Menudriven KDE metaport - Repost

This new revision of the KDE metaport implements some suggestions that came up
on the kde-freebsd mailing list after the recent changes to the metaport. It
features a dialog-based menu (well known from the ghostscript/php/postscript
etc. ports), remembers previous selections and enables non-interactive
disabling of every optional KDE component via defining WITHOUT_<kdemodule>.

This was posted first to kde at freebsd.org 10 days ago, but since there was
essentially no response, I'm reposting it there and to ports at freebsd.org
today.

The menu is quite a first for a metaport, and it could potentially confuse
users - the metaport cannot remove packages, yet the menu suggests it could,
for example.

Please comment on this and tell if you'd prefer it over the metaport as it is
now.

To test it:

- pkg_delete kde-3.1.2
- rm -r /usr/ports/x11/kde3
- fetch http://people.fruitsalad.org/lofi/kde.tar.gz
- untar kde.tar.gz in /usr/ports/x11
- cd /usr/ports/x11/kde3 && make
