shouldn't
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/dads-documentation.html
updated to use ${PORTDOCS} in pkg-plist and Makefile instead of
${PREFIX}/share/doc/${PORTNAME}?
