Well, I did it: see PR ports/54766
<http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=54766>.

This is not easy to test when you are not a cad-guru, but it passes the
included tests ("studies"), directly or from the GUI ASTK. Since I was
there, I've ported the used tools too, excepted GIBI, which is for EDF
internal use only (but it may change, a less restrictive license has
been requested).

The maintainer has been set to ports at FreeBSD.org: don't hesitate to
adopt them...
