FreeBSD Port: pure-ftpd-1.0.15

Hi. There seems to be an error in pure-ftpd.sh-dist. In order to 
successfully use the rc file, I needed to change line 11 from:

         [ -r ${PREFIX}/pure-ftpd.conf ] && \

To:

         [ -r ${PREFIX}/etc/pure-ftpd.conf ] && \
