ghostscript-gnu-nox11 port error

Hello,
    I'm trying to install an fbsd 5.1 print server. I want to get the latest
ghostscript-gnu-nox11 port because it will get hpijs and i will have a
printer driver. I was getting this via apsfilter and encountered this error
thinking it was apsfilter, but then i cvsupped my ports just now and ran a
make install on ghostscript-gnu-nox11 and it bombed out with the following
errors, near the end the stuff on the samsung driver:
Note, i've also manually downloaded this package and put it in distfiles but
with the same modification time error as the second error. I don't have a
samsung printer, i've got an hp specifically a 5550, is there a way i can
safely bypass this?
