getopt in base system conflicts with devel/libgnugetopt port on 5.x.
If you don't need libgnugetopt from ports for anything, remove it and
try again.

Someone was offering patches here when this issue was reported last
time, unfortunately I lost that mail. I'm willing to commit them if I
can get my hands on them.
