goggles port broken

[Dev Tugnait]

quick follow up eidting the makefile LIB_DEPENDS=FOX-1.1.42:${PORTSDIR}/x11-toolkits/fox-devel starts the configure and then abruptly ends with this error 

checking for sys/stat.h... yes
checking for pthread_create in -lpthread... no
checking for fxfindfox in -lFOX... no
configure: error: 
* Need FOX Library (available on www.fox-toolkit.org).
* Please install the required version (> 1.1.22).

Stop in /usr/ports/multimedia/goggles.
