GNOME 2.4.1 is now available for FreeBSD. This is, for the most part, a
branding of the current GNOME 2 port in the tree (i.e. this wasn't a
huge all-at-once commit). However, since GNOME 2.4.0 was put in the
tree in September, there's been a lot of changes. Read all about them
at
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-announce-list/2003-November/msg00095.html.

Another new addition to this release is the new gnome2-lite port that
serves as a basic desktop "starter" (primarily useful for packaging).

As always, the FreeBSD GNOME team would like think the GNOME developers,
our users, and those special users that sent patches ;-).

Marcus on behalf of the FreeBSD GNOME team.
