port /net/ez-ipupdate is unmaintained

Hi,

I got a warning from  Tim Wilde from Dyndns about ez-ipupdate 3.0.11b7 being expired as of december 8th.

As i don't know about the update procedures here i do think some one should update the port 
as there will be a problem with the funtionality of ez-ipupdate as of dec 8th.

If SE don't have the time to do this, i will volunteer  to maintain the port
Let me know if that is needed.
