pysol breakage on FreeBSD

A workaround for this problem is define PYTHON_VERSION
when doing the build:

make PYTHON_VERSION=python2.2 install clean

This should probably be added to the Makefile, at
least until a 2.3 compiled version of pysol becomes
available.
