got e2fsprogs 1.32 working

Hi all,

I had the urgent need to get a higher version of e2fsprogs working than
1.27, so I rolled my own and finally got it working.

According to Makefile (of version 1.27), ports at FreeBSD.org is
Maintainer for this port.

So, if anyone is interested, I can offer sending my diffs.
There are probably still a few things to do to get the real thing,
but maybe I can help this way.

I am not on this mailing list so I'd appreciate if someone replied
privately.
