patch for sysutils/lxterminal

This patch updates the previous one by up(grade|date)ing
lxterminal to version 0.4.0.
The Changelog, NEWS and Web site leave no evidence as to
what has changed since 0.3.x. So I guess we'll have to
*assume* it's something good. ;-)

Built/Tested on 12/amd64. Everything worked as expected. :-)
