Translation Updates.

Changes:

* Since FreeBSD has no gtk4 yet, I've disabled it.
* Added WAYLAND option to build wayland support. Not tested.
* Updated pkg-message to mention Plasma, and removed ibus-qt.
* A patch is integrated.
