Version: py38-spyder-3.2.7_11 

When starting spyder3 the startup window shows loading several components, but
fails to show a main window after "setting up main window ..." 

Having followed
https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/wiki/Troubleshooting-Guide-and-FAQ 
no solution was found.
