Applied the patch in Poudriere's ports tree, cleared the config (make rmconfig)
to use the defaults (which include GeoIP) and it ran fine on FreeBSD 12.2
32/64. The only downside is the printing of

Jan 12 11:08:03 smtp-1 milter-greylist[68473]: GeoIP2 is not available

for every email received, but I'm going to switch GeoIP2 off anyway in the next
Poudriere run. Not quite sure why it is set to build as a default option, but
that's your call.

Thanks for patching, I think 4.6.4 can be committed.
