Patch file to create port

I will be submitting additional ports created by FNWE but this one is needed
for them to be successfully built.   Note this is my time doing a complete port
from scratch (I maintain two other ports which I inherited) and the patch was
automatically generated from the projects build script so let know of even the
smallest issue with it and I will do my best to fix them.

Note for various reasons pkg-delete will not nuke the installed files (this is
hard to work around).  Also note due to the nature of the port a full "make
clean" needs to be done before a rebuild/install is attempted.
