Since they don't provide a changelog or anything, no url is provided on this
bug report.
They cut releases by adding a tag on the main line of development, and the only
way to see the changes is by generating a list of commits.
Summary of the important changes:

- Updated all unit3d trackers to work with the new codebase
- Updates to domains of trackers
- Added some new trackers
- Removed dead trackers
- For .NET versions, update to .NET 5
- new search cache implementation
- FlareSolverr integration. Bypass Cloudflare protection
- allow to set user-agent header per indexer
