0.7.0 is expected to release soon, so let's prepare. See URL for rc1 changelog.

- runtime is fine on Sway and Xwayland (via WINIT_UNIX_BACKEND=x11)
- rc1 built fine with rust-1.48.0 on 11.4/12.1/12.2/13.0 amd64/i386
- rc2 built fine with rust-1.49.0 on 11.4/12.1/12.2/13.0 amd64/i386
