Quite possibly the same problem as bug# 253801

Running 13.0-BETA3. Intel HD Graphics first generation, X modesetting driver.

Two or three times, resume has shown a blank screen or just a few of those
beastie orbs at top. Closing the lid and reopening it puts me at a tty, showing
errors from dead X sessions: "i965: Failed to submit batchbuffer: Input/output
error".
