Is there a reason why we can't use upstream release archive/tarball? (also
suggested by 5.4.3 in Porter's Handbook)

Set python as min 3.5+

Remove #DBUS_BUILD_DEPENDS... if its not used.

Looks good to me otherwise but I'm not a python port expert.
