Update to version 1.38.

I think the code quality is improving.

Maybe the name should change.
There seems to be a smartphone app now which is called xdisk. Also, xdisk runs
in wayland, so the reference to X11 is obsolete.

Using polkit might be preferred over sudo. But not every window manager uses
polkit..
