maintainer-feedback != maintainer approval.

The former can be found in the "Flags" section below "Reporter". The latter is
set after clicking in the details for the attachment.

If _you_ are creating the PR for one of your ports, the maintainer approval _of
the attachment_ should be set.

If you are providing feedback for a PR someone else created for one of your
ports, you should set the maintainer-feedback flag.

Maybe not the clearest names, I know :)
