mi/backtrace.c:71:7: error: no member named 'mc_gpregs' in 'struct
unw_sigcontext'

Just remove patch-include_libunwind-aarch64.h and patch-src_aarch64_Ginit.c (so
all patches). No aarch64 patches are necessary anymore since
https://github.com/libunwind/libunwind/pull/83 landed.
