In r526743:

BROKEN=         fails to start, missing requirement osgi.native

In r526075:

Remove MAINTAINER, whose email is no longer valid.

In r516887:

BROKEN=         unfetchable

So old version was unfetchable for a long time, new version (already three
years old) never worked and there was no longer a maintainer!

I guess you can checkout the port and test/fix it.
