lualdap-1.2.5.diff

Hi,

I had a few issues with the not-so-update lualdap version in ports, would you
consider bringing it up to date?

The attached patch include:
- bump to current version (1.2.5)
- moving package source from luaforge (not updated anymore?) to github
currently in use
- set license (MIT)
- update WWW in pkg-descr

A little QA:

/usr/ports/net/lualdap# make check-plist
====> Checking for pkg-plist issues (check-plist)
===> Parsing plist
===> Checking for items in STAGEDIR missing from pkg-plist
===> Checking for items in pkg-plist which are not in STAGEDIR
===> No pkg-plist issues found (check-plist)

/usr/ports/net/lualdap# portlint    
looks fine.
