Mixxx 2.3 will support both the current SCons / Python 2 build system and also
add Cmake, with SCons being removed in 2.4. When Mixxx 2.3 is released, the
port should switch to the Cmake build system, due to SCons deprecation in Mixxx
and Python 2 deprecation in ports.
