Trying to rip cd- 

cdda2wav -vall cddb=0 -paranoia -Owav -B (freedb timeout)

Apparently freedb has been shut down. There is replacement hosted by
dbpoweramp, and -cddbp-server=servername option however, I cannot get it to
work.
