It seems that the supposed memory leak is with the glusterfs `fuse` process.
For example:
```
/usr/local/sbin/glusterfs --process-name fuse --volfile-server=moon
--volfile-server=sun --volfile-server=earth --volfile-id=replicated
/mnt/replicated (glusterfsd)
```
I was seeing some OOM kills on some servers but that was on an older version.
I will upgrade a test server to 8.0 and let it run for a few days and see if
the process's memory usage keeps growing.
