patch to update the port

- bump PORTREVISION: 1.5.5_8
- fix exprun errors, cf PR#245543
- skip build of man pages, which are already present in the distribution
- add LICENSE
- add USE_LDCONFIG
- regenerate freebsd patches, to make portlint happy,
        note that file names in files/* have changed
- request maintainership
- "portlint -AC" gives non-relevant warns.
