Patch for mediatomb

Upstream is since long dead, no new release for over 10 years and it's been on
life support for years. Gerbera is based on mediatomb and actively maintained
and serves as a good alternative.

Upon removal ./GIDs and ./UIDs should also be removed and returned to the pool.

PR 248475 should be merged upton removal to avoid loss of functionality.
