net/samba41{01}: Fixes named.conf generate for AD

File /var/db/samba4/bind-dns/named.conf have line:
> database /usr/local/lib/samba4/modules/bind9/dlz_bind9_16.so";
instead:
> database "dlopen /usr/local/lib/samba4/modules/bind9/dlz_bind9_16.so";

Attached patch is for both net/samba410 and net/samba411.
