Update to 3.5.2

This is an update for Rundeck to 3.2.5. For the most part, Rundeck 3.0 is
drop-in compatible with existing Rundeck 2.11 installations.

I changed the DISTNAME, so it can stay the same during updates. This is needed
because on the master site, the filename now contains a date as well. Also the
extension is now .war instead of .jar (in this case .war should be used the
same way as the .jar)
I also edited the pkg-plist and the rundeck.in file to reflect this change.
