[Bug 240329] Terminus font name changed to "xos4 Terminus"

After the recent upgrade to terminus-font-4.48 the name has been changed from
"Terminus" to "xos4 Terminus".
This change breaks configuration of several applications (e.g. urxvt, i3) which
no longer can find the font, and there is no warning of the name change when
doing the upgrade.

Please add this information to the install messages or remove the "xos4" from
the name (if possible).
